Review: Grease Lightning.

"Spot treatment.
Strikes the spot with lightning precision.
Dab on this super effective tea tree
and witch hazel gel to zap zits
before they show themselves."

This spot treatment is actually one of the few I've tried that really works. When I remember to use it, that is. I really want to be good at remembering all these little things that are good to me, but for some reason, my brain doesn't think it's important to remember.

The consistency of it is kinda gel-ish, but still a bit watery. It's easy to put on, but if you put on too much, your skin will feel kinda tight. It smells of lavender and personally I really like that smell. It's fresh and not too heavy, it doesn't smell bad and it works. What more can you ask for?

I can recommend this if you're dealing with a small spot problem - not if it's too much, then you need something more effective. But it's really great if you just have a bit. I have a few red spots and it works perfectly fine on those. So I'm happy!

Grease Lightning from Lush - get it HERE (UK shop).

  1. How quickly does it work? Is it over night, or after a couple of days? I've wanted to try it for a while, but I really want something quick and effective, because my breakouts always comes from day to day. :-)

    1. It does work pretty quickly, not just over one night, but a few days, like I told you yesterday ;-) But not on anything big, that'll probably take a bit longer.
